Traffic Regulation Order - Road Closure - Main Street 13th July

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

A temporary road closure is required on Main Street from Saturday 13th July 2024 for up to 9 days.

The road will be closed between property 91 and property 109.

During the works, temporary parking restrictions will be enforced, where required, on Main Street, Tucket Road and Maplewell Road. There will not be access through the works for emergency services.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety to allow Alliance GS flood Solutions, on behalf of Severn Trent Water Ltd, safely undertake works to install no-return valves and new Chamber installations.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Beacon Road, Shepshed Road, Joe Moores Lane, Maplewell Road and vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network/?tm=GB138416740
